Our Story
A little bakery from the heart of Imphal
Chaakubi began with a simple idea — that a great cake, a warm bun and good coffee can turn any ordinary day into something special. Every bake is made in small batches, by hand, using ingredients we trust and flavours we grew up with.
From our beloved burnt cheesecake to biscuits made with Manipuri chakhao black rice, we blend the classics with a taste of home. Today our Airport Road café is where the community gathers over freshly baked goodness.
